EARTH

The planet you have chosen is earth. In our solar system it is a planet rich in  oxygen and water. Its color seen from space is blue and green. If you have chosen this planet it means that you are closely linked with this planet, as well as its many inhabitants. You love contact with nature, with animals and plants. You are interested in preserving this planet and its riches. You are a meek, and sometimes awkward being and your macrocosmic is connected with  water, because its attributes are cold and humid, from which it originates in the microcosm and represents the sap. Your organs are the  head, the lungs, to finally flow out of the nose and mouth.  Your intent is to lead a vegetative life, that is, not very active, aimed at mainly supporting vital functions, such as love, sexuality,  the pleasures of play, eating and sleeping. Not reacting much to external stimuli, you tend to avoid demanding and time-consuming occupations, showing yourself more inclined towards patience and concentration work. The downside is inertia which could result in a lack of liveliness. Your positive side consists in the love of quiet and peace, order, reliability and diplomacy. You consequently tend to abandon yourself to your inner experience, preferring a contemplative attitude that can lead to sedentary, and not inclined to active thought. Being associated with green and blue, the deity that most represents you is Sobek or Sebek, in the Greek language Suchos (Σοῦχος) who was an ancient Egyptian deity with fluid and varied contours. He was associated with the Nile crocodile and was depicted both fully as a crocodile and as a human figure with a crocodile head. Sobek was also connected to the power of the pharaoh, fertility, waters and military power; he was also invoked as a protective deity with apotropaic values, especially against the dangers of the Nile. The name Sobek, Sbk, derives from the verb s-bAk which means to impregnate, others are of the opinion that it derives from a participial form of the verb sbq,  which means to unite: which could be translated as “He who unites”.  Thanks to this association with healing Sobek was considered a protective deity, his ferocity was able to ward off evil and at the same time defend the innocent.

“Hail to you, who rises from the primordial waters, lord of the plain lands, lord of the fertile soil  who crosses the ponds, powerful god, of whom it is not known (how) to predict what he seizes, who lives by theft, who perfectly descends the current and ascends it"

Crocodiles symbolize primordial female strength in its pure state, and hold enormous wisdom and knowledge. They are linked to snakes and dragons due to their shape, and it is known that these creatures were often guarded by incredible treasures, often a metaphor for profound mystical knowledge. They have a dual nature exactly like the power they represent, since in them there is both the ability to create and to destroy. They are in fact a symbol of motherhood due to the incredible sweetness with which the female specimens take care of their young and also of fertility due to their connection to the silt of the Nile; but also a symbol of ferocity and destruction, since primordial female power is so vast that it risks ferociously swallowing everything if left uncontrolled. Crocodiles manage to live both on land and in water, proving once again that they are the link between terrestrial life and aquatic life, between life and death, between light and shadow. Furthermore, these reptiles are a symbol of clairvoyance since their eyes are placed very high on their heads, a precaution that in nature they need to observe the surface of the water while remaining hidden and immersed. Those who are from this planet will have to pay particular attention to their eyes and breathing. "Crocodile tears" are universally known, a symbol of hypocritical feelings. Living halfway between two worlds, I can get lost and become melancholy. In nature, crocodiles cry very often to clean the salt from their eyes and it shows how their spirit warns you not to be blinded by feelings that perhaps you believe are authentic but are not; it could also demonstrate the need not to be too introverted and to show what you feel more openly. Regarding breathing, it should be known that crocodiles often keep their mouth open to better disperse body heat and thermoregulate, by their nature they are cold-blooded animals.  In yoga breathing has a particular role, and it teaches many techniques to learn to master this activity capable of connecting us with our deepest energy centers. It will be very important for earthly man to learn to breathe and take care of this aspect of his exterior and interiority.
